Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
